Choose a familiar movement
Choose a simple familiar action, such as opening the hands from in front of the chest. Give it a clear beginning and ending. Do not add more movements; observe what direction contributes.
Try front, side, and diagonal
Try the action toward the front, side, and a forward diagonal. You can change only the upper-body direction and gaze, without a quick turn. Keep the timing consistent and compare whether each version feels like an invitation or a private thought.
Arrange a sequence
Put the versions into a short sequence with a clear pause between them. The order might move from private attention toward another person, or the reverse. Draw arrows first, then try the phrase so it can be repeated later.
Make it a small practice
- Keep one movement and one rhythm.
- Try three directions.
- Record the order and pauses with arrows.
